1. You're not subscribed to the mailing-list. Your mail had to be 
approved manually.
2. You posted the same question again and again and again. All duplicate 
mails had to be removed manually. Imagine that we would charge you for 
all this manual work!

You shouldn't expect an answer if you don't respect the person you're 
asking the question by not subscribing, duplicate posting and creating 
almost illegible mails.

I see that you're adding attachments as Embedded Files (document-level).
You are using GotoEmbedded to link to this files. As described in 
ISO-32000-1 this should fail silently for all attachments that aren't 
PDFs. In other words: maybe you're trying to do something that isn't 
possible according to the PDF standard. (It should work for PDF 
attachments though).
