Hi ,
I have two pdf files stored in different location as
http://localhost/test/Temp/Test1.pdf and
http://localhost/test/Temp/Test2.pdf
I want to combine the two in one single pdf in Java .
I looked the itext example online
List<InputStream> pdfs = new ArrayList<InputStream>();
pdfs.add(new FileInputStream(new File
("http://localhost:80//test/Temp/test1.pdf")));
pdfs.add(new FileInputStream
("http://localhost:80//test/Temp/test2.pdf"));
OutputStream output = new FileOutputStream
("http://localhost:80//test/Temp/testMerge.pdf");
concatPDFs(pdfs, output, true);
I get a file not found exception http://localhost:80//test/Temp/test1.pdf
How can i solve this .If I type the url in my browser the single pdf opens up .
Will itext not work with urls of files ?does it need physical paths?
Thanks,
Manshu
