Remark that even if encrypted, people will always be able to save the binary if you have it somewhere on the web. For instance: they can perform a GET from JAVA and save the incoming stream to disk. This is not a PDF thing, it's HTTP. The complete file is always sent to the client machine, otherwise it would be impossible to view it.
