I finished the manuscript on March 3.
It was revised by my developmental editor and
I delivered a new manuscript last weekend.
My editor tells me the 3/3 review process could
start any day now, but for the moment I have no
news about it.

And yes: it contains a lot more stuff than the tutorial ;-)
