It's a bug in iText. With type3 fonts if the resources are placed in the
page instead of the font itself (as recommended) the page importing will
fail. This won't be fixed anytime soon as it would require the parsing of
all the type3 font streams to look for missing resources.

I think the problem is that for some pages tables don't finish on the page
and continue on the following ones. While I change the order of the pages
the logical continuation of the pages is changed. Perhaps it would explain
why for some pages some areas refresh after scrolling the file.
In this situation the question is how to split/change the order of pages in
a file?

hi,
As mentioned in the subject I get this error whenever I generate pdf
document base on the other one. I've to shuffle pages in the original
file
and though the addTemplate would fit the best. Here is my code:
PdfContentByte cbyte=writer.getDirectContent();
PdfImportedPage page=null;
for(int i=1;i<=pages;i++){
page=writer.getImportedPage(reader,i);
cbyte.addTemplate(page,0.8f,0,0,0.75f,200,0);
doc.newPage();
}
I've no idea where to find the source of the problem or the way to solve
it. The original file doesn't have any errors.
