Has anyone encountered issues when using Itext on documents larger than 16
mb?
There is an issue with the String.getBytes method; it appears to affect the
StringBuffer class (since it uses getBytes) as well. Note that the bug in
String.getBytes is fixed in the mustang release (Java 6). The reason I
mention this is that I noticed in the change log

2.0.5 to use String.getBytes.
