You'll have to get the raw XML of the XFA and parse it yourself. iText
support of XFA is limitted to getting and setting field values.

Subject: [iText-questions] DigitalSignature+ExpiryDate+in XFA
Forms
Hi All .,
1.Is it possible to access the SignatureField in XFA
Form and get the Expiry Date of a User's Public key ????
I tried to access the SignatureField just like as we do
in AcroForms. But it throws Exception that SignatureField in not Found.
Any Clues on this..???
Cheers...!!!!
