Actually I had been using Composite out for some time and when I moved the 
computer into the livingroom it stoped working.  On a whim I tried the S-Video 
with the Composite converter that came with the 350.  It only shows B&W so I'm 
figuring tht it is probably intended to be used on the S-Video INPUT only.
