I was thinking more of memory/word of mouth.  Ever try to talk to
someone about slashdot?  "yes, s, l, a, s, h, d , o, t, 'dot', org"...
I know people that think everything is .com, and where completely
clueless about the whitehouse.com website.  But, most people who can
install/run linux know how to handle a url.  It's the people who just
say 'i've installed windows once, i can install linux, and i'll just
use jarod's guide' that i'm worried about.  I thought iv.tv was cooler
though, the easy solution = do both :)

I also wanted everyone else's perspective on the situation.  I have no
influence in the domain name, but i figured i throw this up for
conversation.
