I've tried my PVR150 again and with this patch (the new 0.3.2 (z) release) it works just great. Great image quality and SECAM sound. Tuner get autodetected and all.
But (there always has to be one...) I tried using the remote but couldn't get it to work. I've downloaded and compiled one of the latest lirc cvs snapshots (0.7.1pre4) and compiled with ./configure --with-driver=hauppauge. I load the lirc_i2c module after ivtv at startup and it seems to be working (see lirc messages from dmesg below) but it doesn't seem to receive any signals (checking with irw). I've seen one other person mention the same problem (http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00225.html) but he got no reaction.... Any ideas out there? Anyone with the same card with the remote working?
