I want to stream video, and to save bandwith I would like to stream with
mono audio.
You need to alter the audio parameters on the encoder (codec). For
example, I use 'ivtvctl -d /dev/video0 -c audio=0x03A9' to produce 192kb
mono audio in the MPEG2 stream. You will have to read the API
documentation to get all the possible combinations of values.
