When I run xvinfo I get the following: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ xvinfo X-Video Extension version 2.2 screen #0 no adaptors present [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ The 'no adaptors present' doesn't sound good to me. Don't know if it makes any sense to you? Do I need to specify a -display? If so what do I put in for the argument on -display? I'm not sure what it is I am using for playback. I've basically built this machine as a straight Myth box on Jarod's guide with pretty much everything installed via the ATRPMs. Unfortunately I am no linux guru. Will try to work out what Myth is using and post again.
