Hi! Sorry for late reply, but gotta work yesterday till late night...
So... here my results directly after booting:
mythbox ~ # ivtvctl -Y
ioctl: VIDIOC_QUERYCTRL
Brightness = -270840247
Contrast = -1070721659
Saturation = 29
Hue = -270630912
Volume = 58880
Mute = 0
this brings nothing more up in dmesg
then:
mythbox ~ # ivtvctl -y brightness=-182026112
ioctl VIDIOC_S_CTRL failed: Numerical result out of range
even no more msgs in dmesg
mythbox ~ # ivtvctl -y brightness=127
ioctl VIDIOC_S_CTRL ok
no messages in dmesg
if i now fire up mythfrontend the party in dmesg goes on.
Same error-msgs as in posting before (depending on ivtv version.
any further suggestions?
