Is this the proper list to post for help with throubleshooting ivtv? Yes, it is.  And we'll do what we can.  Random reboots are unfortunately hard to diagnose and its easy to point a finger at a known problem, the KT133 and KT266 chipsets.  As for a replacement board, you do not have to use Intel chipsets, I find that my nVidia chipsets work very well under Linux.
