do you remember, that I have refered to you that under

under "Renaming of the LGPL" stand, that the GPL is much
better then the LGPL. After this, there have a lot of people
written to him, that its turned around. The LGPL are better.
So the Author have token position and have now
written under
http://www.gnu.org/brave-gnu-world/issue-4.en.html
under "Commercial GPL Software?" why it is better to
licence software under the GPL.
Now I have two questions for you:
a) Is it possible to make little changes on LGPL-Software
and bring the new Software out as GPL, or must the
changed Software LGPLed, too ?
b) A question wich have nothing to do with GPL/LGPL:
Do you know on wich time comes out a new Japhar-Version
(0.09) ? I know, that you dont know it exactly, but
approximately ... ?
