Hi, I need to output to a plotter supporting HPGL/2 language. I went through Java2D printing. It seems to be of little use. Probing = further, I gathered that I have to output to java.io.PrinterWriter the = character stream as required by HPGL/2. Fine. But, PrinterWriter should = have a PrintStream, which in turn should point to the poltter attached =
to PC, say through lpt1. The question is how to create a PrintStream = corresponding to the plotter. The environment is WIndows 98 and JDK 1.3.1. Please help.
