I have also found this, (and think it's a bug, or something I thought had been fixed before), when reading or getting into RSS feeds. Hit Windows+m a few times in succession, to get JAWS to speak again, then alt+tab back. Sometimes, it may then be necessary to start SayAll again with a press of Insert+DownArrow.
