That's interesting I've never heard of your particular problem and I use Office 2000... About the only thing I've had issues with concerning Word and with Jaws on any version was with Norton's plug in on the micellaneous tab that has to be unchecked or otherwise jaws seems to not work correctly in word for me anyways.. Once that is unchecked jaws works as expected without any hitches.
