I have Windows XP and use IE 7. I understand that in Vista there is "protected browsing". Is this enabled via Internet Explorer?

It is like using multipage dialog. Here are some of the commands: * To open a new website using a new tab (meaning same window), press CTRL+T. * To exit out of a website (not IE; it just closes the tab), press CTRL+W or CTRL+F4. * To move to the next webpage (TAB), press CTrL+TAB. * For prior page (TAB), press CTRL+Shift+TAB. I know there are some blindness tutorials out there that teaches IE7 from blindness perspective. I myself have covered IE7 exclusively on my Part 4 of my Guide to Vista tutorial (although it covers Vista, IE7 commands and concepts are same accross Vista and XP).
