By default, it opens the Windows Search, and will open a more tailored search in Outlook Express. I haven't tested it in other programs. Nice tweak on your keyboard! Now if I recall you have got the market cornered for hotkeys. Honestly I doubt I could remember all of them you have assigned. Some further explanation might be in order. Now on my living room systems that share a wireless keyboard without a right windows key I can now open up the run dialog with control + R instead of twisting my left hand to accomplish the same result.
