Google Chrome tends to work better with later versions of JAWS. Nonetheless, which browser is best is rather an individual site use case, depending on each Web site you visit. Thus, it is a good idea to at least install other useful Web browsers, of which Firefox and Google Chrome are two, and try to give each of them a brief spin before deciding whether or not to change your efault browser. If you don't want to change, you don't have to. It is also a good idea to try to have a demo version of a later JAWS if you';re using an earlier edition, or to have an alternative screen reader.

Hi, I neglected to tell in my first post that I am still using Jaws 14, with
no current plans to upgrade. Does that matter on how well Chrome or Firefox
will work for me? Thanks. Judy & Libby

Hi,

Google chrome works just fine on my setup. Jaws 18 windows 10 creaters
17003 should work for you.

Hi, I've always and still do use Internet Explorer and have the latest one
11. I have come across occasionally a couple web sites that don't support it
and want you to use either Firefox or Google chrome. Which of these is
easier to use and is more accessible to us? Thanks. Judy & aLibby
