Mike, For word count, press control-shift-g.
As for the status line not reading a line number, I occasionally experience this when either Outlook 2010 or JAWS gets tired or when I have more than one document open. A reboot overcomes the exhaustion factor, while giving a name to a new document fixes the other cause. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Mike B. Would someone please tell me the keystroke that gives word count & line number? I'm reading the status line, but I'm not getting a line number. I've tried changing schemes with no luck. Thanks much.
