Hi Net bat, Yes, while in any application if you press, Insert / Jaws key + D, this will open the dictionary for this application, & to open the Jaws default dictionary then press, Control, Shift, + D. does jaws 18 have a pronnounciation dictionary? there are times when words are miss pronnounced or words that are all uppercase and are spelled out. or things like ctrl text on web pages and documents can say control with the win eyes dictionary etc. There's amazing intelligence in the Universe.
