Adrian: I couldn't get to the HTML formatting option via Alt O, followed by t and H in a new message, forwarded message, or in a reply. However, I eventually did find the HTML button in the format menu itself. I have activated this, and was told that the HTML button was pressed, but hyperlinks are still not showing up.
Again, I'm using Outlook 2016, and Jaws 18 with Windows 7 here.
