I've encountered this new capcha using Google Chrome. There is normally a toggle button/link saying "Switch to Audio" or something like that. Once you click on that you're presented with a link to "Play Audio."

I have noticed that it's difficult to locate the edit box after clicking the play link. I now first disable the Virtual cursor of JAWS before clicking on that Play link. Once the numbers are spoken, I just start typing them in. I'm automatically placed in the edit field.

Hello All. I'm just wondering if anyone has dealt with the following issue
I've started running into with an apparently new type of Google Captcha I've
been encountering on some Web sites over the past week. At least one tech
support rep at FS I talked to last Friday seems to be aware of this issue.
This is a type of Google Captcha where you click on a set of pictures as
opposed to entering a set of characters or enter a string of words in an
audio stream, so services like Rumola or WebVisum don't work. In this type
of Captcha, when I check the box labeled "I'm not a robot" in Internet
Explorer, I'm not presented with a link to an audio Captcha. In Firefox
(latest build), I receive the link to the audio and a button to play it.
However, there is either no edit box to enter the results of the audio
Captcha or JAWS isn't recognizing it on the page. Strangely however, when I
navigate to such a Captcha in Google Chrome, all I have to do (at least the
first time I need to access the page), is simply check the "I'm not a robot"
checkbox and it verifies me. If I need to re-enter the site however, I get
the same results with the Captcha as in Internet Explorer (i.e. no audio
Captcha is presented, only visual). I have to exit out of Google Chrome
entirely and re-open the browser to log onto the site.

I'm including all this as the Web site for the Equifax Security Breach,
http://wwww.equifaxsecurity2017.com, requires one to navigate this type of
Captcha in order to obtain a user's status info (i.e. whether any personal
information was affected. Uber is also using this type of Captcha on their
log on page.

Anyone run into this issue and know if FS is trying to address it?

Thanks,

Chris
