Mike or anyone: I currently am using Jaws 18, so haven't upgraded to Jaws 2018 yet.
My question is this: Do I have to do the initial Jaws 2018 instalation before upgrading to the newest build, or do I just need the newest build itself? My SMA is good for Jaws 2018-just need to know how to proceed. I really want to get Outlook properly working again here if possible. Anyone who has previously installed JAWS 2018, and is experiencing the issue with auto-complete in Outlook from Office 365, should download the current build and install over top of the earlier build.
