Free-Youtube-to-MP3-Converter doesn't require you to use flash, you need to paste the link into it, select the conversion output mode and bit rate, if applicable, and then download. There is a feature in the Advanced area of the setup menu that has a checkbox to improve accessibility for screen-readers.
