Hi Fernando, I tried that as well, but the only thing that got J2018 to start at start-up was uninstalling & reinstalling. I didn't waste my time with a repair, so I don't know if that would have helped, but it seems like repairs have been a personal waste of time lately. Thank you very much for your input.
