Can you press cap lock twice quickly and hear either cap lock on or cap lock off? If so, then it is working correctly. If this doesn't work for you call FS. Because if that doesn't work for you after all of the people on this list who have tried to help you with this, they can not help you solve your proplem. That is Where FS should come in, call them!

When cap lock is on you will type in all caps. With the cap lock off you will use the shift key to type an uppercase letter. You probably already know that. But here's the thing, if it is not working that way for you, then, it is time to call FS. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Vicki W. For some reason, tapping it twice quickly has no effect. If I change the JAWS key to another key, my caps lock key works fine, so I know it's not an issue with the physical key on the keyboard. I'm just wondering if there is something else I need to adjust to get it to function correctly when tapping twice to use as a caps lock key.
