YouTube itself doesn't have a keystroke for skipping ads. But if you have the JAWS scripts for Youtube from Dough Lee, you can press the Command key, by default the left bracket, and then the letter S. This is valid for the script in English with an English keyboard layout; keystroke in other script languages and/or keyboard layouts may be different.
