Hi Mariam, There are many ways to attach a file to an e-mail message. Here is one of my favorite methods. Open Windows Explorer with Windows Key+e. Navigate to the file you want to attach. If you want to attach multiple files from the same folder, navigate to the first file, hold down the Control key, press the down arrow until you get to the next file you want and then press the Space bar while still holding down the Control key. Continue holding down the control key and using the down arrow and Space bar until all files are selected. Use the copy command Control+c. Go to your outlook Inbox. Do not open any files. Use the Control+v paste command. Like magic a new message will open, the file(s) will be attached and you should be in the To field.
