Oh, sorry. 2003 has the traditional menus. I don't have 2003 in front of me, but if you go in to the view menu you should find the option to change the order of messages.

Here, you can choose to see all mail, or just unread mail, etc. There is also an option here to sort mail by date, subject, etc. directly below this sort mail option is a button that says, reverse sort. The order of my messages in my Outlook in box has changed. It use to be that the newest messages were at the bottome of the list. Which is the way I want it.
