Not if she's able to hack the admin account. If she ever takes a look at running process from admin account, she'll see everything. She wouldn't necessarily know what it was for, but it sounds like she is pretty savvy....
Someone else on the list asked about this a while ago and got no responses. I really know nothing about it. I'd be the kid looking at all the forbidden sites and subverting parents at every turn. *grins*...but when I was a teen in the 90s, I was pretty much all on my own as far as the computer was concerned. There are native Windows features you can use to block certain sites. I've never looked into it but they're here in Windows 10. I see them referred to as "parental controls". I believe Windows 7 has some parental controls built-in, and you can always check the history of your internet browser.
