First there is no outlook 14 that I am aware of. There is 2010 2013 and 2016 are the most recent. I point this out to help with possible bug tracking. The version number needs to be accurate for possible reproducing of problems.

The only difference that I see with my outlook program is that now when I press the insert key and the page down key Jaws says, the number of e-mails I have, the number of unread e-mails and this is a new addition in the past couple of weeks, it says receive/send and of course at the end it says the usual 10%. Could this new addition of Send/Receive cause the problem in my Outlook becoming so sluggish? I do not know what I may have pressed to cause this problem. Can anyone give me a detailed fix to avoid this sluggish Outlook problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
