Hi Darra, This happens on many computers running W10 with Jaws. It happens on my computer also. What you can do is press ctrl + windows key + enter to turn on narrator and then arrow around until you find the edit box to enter your pin number. This does work for me most of the time when my computer does not bring up the edit field for the pin number. Mr. Ed
