I finally used Text Analyzer the other day and found that it picked up such things as change in font when text was bolded or italicized. You can turn this feature on and off in JAWS' quick settings men (insert-v). another way to get this information while reading is with JAWS' speech and sounds, but I haven't used it in a while and was hoping someone with more experience would reply with more specifics.
