Autocomplete has never worked for me. I began using JAWS 17, and the problem has been unabated through JAWS 2018 on a Windows 7 64-bit Pro PC. In fact, when I pressed Control+K just now, the Check Names feature was activated, but no names were found. When another screen reader is used, the Autocomplete feature works perfectly. But the auto complete isn't so basically, I suppose there's still something corrupted. The Microsoft person told me that he'd emptied auto complete, and that if I write the first few letters and press control K, I'd get a list of relevant addresses from which I could choose. I tried that just now with my daughter's address and the list the control K brought up was completely irrelevant. And I still have to paste in the correct address for the DB Review list. David helped me upgrade to Jaws 2018 and we got rid of the to Miriam folder,so I think that auto complete is just not going to happen, except for the blind democracy list for some unknown reason.
