Hello; I have seen this problem/issue before, having the GKey not type into the text. the only way to fix this is to restart jaws. When I saw this problem for the first time, I couldn't believe it wasn't a bad keyboard. on a hunch, I got client to restart jaws and all was well again.

However, if someone has just used the "centre text" command it will not show up as a heading. In that case, there might be a JAWS speech scheme you can use to help you find out automatically if such text is designated as 'centred", but I'm not sure.
