There is definitely text and recognize with JAWS doesn't work.

JAWS 2018 has the Convenient oCR feature. See if 'recognize with jaws" or
something like that is available in your context menu. I don't think bmp
files are generally used by scanning software though; are you sure there's
text in there?

I am using both JAWS 14 & 2018. I need to either somehow read the current
.BMP file or convert it to a readable format.

Any suggestions. Neither JAWS is working.
