[JAWS-Users] Disabling sticky keys

I'm using the latest version of JAWS 2018 on a Windows 10 computer. When 
I press the right-shift key to skim through a document in say-all mode, 
a dialog pops up if I press the key too many times quickly. How do I 
disable this action? It's very annoying.
