In Word 2013, I have created a list of telephone numbers beginning in 2001. It now numbers 112 pages. I was looking backwards through the list from the end of the list. Suddenly, the word "navigation" appeared and I could no longer move back in my list. Now I see that all the pages have been reversed. Page 112 is now page 1. What could I have done? How can I reverse this accident? tia
