Hi there, I'm writing this message using Outlook 2016 with Windows 10, I'm wondering if the configuration of JAWS is having issues with the copy of the Microsoft product. I'm no longer using Windows 7, haven't used it since I went all Windows 10.
There are a couple things you can try; Call VFO Group to see if they have any solutions, if that doesn't resolve things there, I'd try calling the Disability Answer Desk at Microsoft.
