Hi friends, Using the latest JAWS 2018 and Microsoft Outlook 2016. If I open an email, I don't seem to be able to change in to JAWS cursor and read the top of the message heading where the to and cc fields are which is how I would normally check this. Has anyone had any similar issues? The only way I can read the to and cc fields is to shift+tab back to them and it is sometimes useful to use the JAWS cursor to read the top part of the screen.
