hello;
one thing you can do is, make sure the outlook window is maximized.

windows-key+up-arrow will maximize the screen.
I'm running windows 10, office 2016, not experiencing that behavior.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAWS And Microsoft Outlook 2016

Hi friends,

Not sure if anyone else has noticed but when I open a message in Microsoft
Outlook 2016 to read it, I seem to have to press ctrl+home every time to
take the cursor to the top of the message so that I can start reading it
line by line.
Is there any way to stop this or a reason for it please?

Many thanks in anticipation,
