Hi Patricia, Do you have Jaws set to run from the system tray? If so, you will not be in the Jaws application Window. If you do not have Jaws running from the system tray, and an insert 8, is not giving you the information, then try routing Jaws to PC, and reading down the screen until you find it. Either that, or as was previously suggested, go to the about, and you will find it. HTH, Richard Q.
