Hi David, The box read blank. She typed in " J ", then tabbed to apply, pressed enter and when tabbing to okay the hot key box read " control, alt, J ", she tabbed to okay and pressed enter/space bar. One thing that is weird is that Jaws or Freedom Scientific does not appear in either the Programs list in the start menu or the control panel and for what little experience I have, I haven't seen this before.
