Hi Karryann, You might want to have a look at what language his Microsoft Word is set to.
It may be set to Spanish and he doesn't know it. Go into the tools menu, then, I believe it's in the options, but I'm not entirely sure of that, In any case, make sure that you are dealing with a particular language with Word.
