Hi,
There is a program I think called this which acts like what the pop up
blocker does, but it is suppose to work in the background that you never
know it's there.
Now if you use AVG it also has this and another one called Web shield. This
pops up not just in IE but also in my outlook express. It's annoying, but I
just hit the escape key and have to alt tab back to where I was. I am pretty
sure I found in one of the menu's of AVG to do with a setting for IE and a
box to edit the time this Web shield pops up, the default is 15 minutes. So
that could be the cause of your problem and mine too. At least it's an edit
box so that tells me you can delete the default setting and put something
else in, or just leave it blank.
