In Excel 2007, I believe that the command is Insert+Shift+S. Here at home I
have 2003 running on a laptop, And at work I use the command all of the time
on a full 101 keyboard, so I can't confirm it. If this is not the correct
command, look in Insert+F1, Insert+H, or Insert+w. I know I found it in one
of these informational screens. Here is how to use it.

When you are in the worksheet you want to copy, use the Insert+Shift+s
command to bring up a menu. Arrow down to Copy/Move sheet and press Enter.
A dialog box will come up that we are all used to from Excel 2003. This
dialog box will allow you to select where you want to copy or move the sheet
to (i.e. same file, blank file, some other file, etc.). You can select
where among all of the other sheets in the workbook you want the sheet to be
placed, and then there is a check box that you check if you want to make a
copy of the sheet, or leave it unchecked if you want to move the sheet.

Use this same command to rename your current worksheet.

Let me give you a heads up about a problem I've had with using the
Insert+Shift+s command. It appears that when I have data in A1, this
command does not work correctly. When this happens, you have to move your
cursor down to beyond the last row of data and it will work again. As long
as you do not go back to row 1 the command will continue working. I have
talked to FS support about this issue, and I am working on sending them a
sample file where this problem occurs. Because the file I am using at work
has PIP data in it, I am having to create a new file to send to FS to work
with.

HTH,
Annette

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Copying Worksheets | Excel 2007

Hello,

How do you copy complete work sheets (with data) to a new Worksheet in same
spreadsheet in Excel 2007, with JAWS 11?

After I copy the worksheet; how do I rename the worksheet so I do not have
duplicate worksheet names?

Thank you,

Bill
