Hit the letter m to go from frame to frame. Put them in a list with insert f9.

You can just arrow down the page and you will hear something like FRAME NAME, then all the stuff in that frame, then end of frame. You don't have to do anything special to enter it. Just by moving down with your virtual cursor, you enter and exit it. Some frames are emtpy so there really isn't anything in them to navigate to.
